Free shipping on ALL orders over $100. This applies to merchandise only, does not include taxes or shipping and handling.
Shipping fee is $4.99 on ALL orders under $20. Shipping fee is $6.95 on ALL orders from $20 to $100.
Items are custom made at the time we receive each order, so please allow up to 1 week for delivery.
Lil Cubby will ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS at its discretion.
If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address, Lil Cubby reserves the right to charge the customer's credit card for any additional shipping charges incurred as a result of such error.
Lil Cubby is currently only shipping to the Continental U.S.
Return Policy
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
For a full refund (excluding shipping charges), items should be returned within 15 days of the date you received the merchandise. No refunds will be granted after 15 days.
Returned items should be returned in original condition with all tags attached in order to receive a full refund.
Personalized items are not returnable.
