Hat is appliquéd with a skull and crossbones motif. Booties have pink skull & crossbones fabric on the outside and pink wool felt on inside. The wool felt on the inside makes them more like a soft shoe than a bootie. Booties keep their shape very well. Fabric is fused to felt, the shapes are cut, & then booties are stitched together. Booties are tied with bright pink satin ribbon.
